Sara Chin was my writer, very friendly and really fast responsive to emails.
After a good phone call I received my first draft after a couple of days and immediately I saw she understood my job and industry (which was my biggest concern).

A Couple of emails back and forward and the CV was done, even faster with the cover letter.

The thing I appreciate most from this service is that not only do I end up with an amazing CV & letter, but also I understand and learn quite a lot of things of how to present myself and how to stand out already from the cover letter.
